Weather in Anguilla

The best time to visit Anguilla is between December and April, when the island enjoys its dry season with warm, sunny days, low humidity, and cooling trade winds. Temperatures during these months hover between 24°C and 29°C (75°F–84°F), making beach days and outdoor activities thoroughly comfortable. This is also peak season, so expect higher prices and more visitors — book accommodation well in advance, especially over Christmas and New Year.

If you're looking for better value and don't mind the chance of occasional showers, the shoulder months of May and November offer excellent conditions with fewer crowds. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June through November, with the highest risk period from August to October. That said, even during this period, many weeks pass with perfectly fine weather, and the off-season discounts can be significant. Anguilla's Carnival in early August brings the island to life with festivities, making it a colourful time to visit if you're willing to take a weather gamble.
