Kuwait's climate makes the timing of your visit crucial. The ideal period is from November through March, when temperatures are comfortably warm rather than scorching, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C. These winter months are perfect for outdoor exploration — the Kuwait Heritage Village and open-air souqs are most enjoyable in the cool evening air, and the desert interior becomes accessible for camping and off-road driving without the brutal heat of other seasons.

The summer months from May to September are extremely challenging, with temperatures regularly exceeding 45°C and humidity making outdoor activities uncomfortable for most visitors. If you must travel in summer, stay in air-conditioned malls, museums, and restaurants, where life continues at full pace regardless of the heat. Ramadan, while not a deterrent for most visitors, does change the rhythms of the day significantly, with restaurant hours shifted to evenings and a more spiritually charged atmosphere prevailing. Visiting during Eid holidays brings festive energy and special events but can also mean busier crowds and higher hotel prices.
