Nauru

Nauru is the world's smallest island nation and one of its most remote, a tiny coral atoll in the central Pacific that few travellers ever reach. Nauruan cuisine is modest and practical, shaped by the island's small size and limited agricultural land. The Menen Hotel, the island's main accommodation, serves meals that combine local and international dishes.
